The Bobbie the Artist Act was created to protect independent artists from having their voice, likeness, sound, catalog, and creative value used without consent, compensation, or a seat at the table.
As AI, licensing deals, catalog sales, and new music platforms continue to change the industry, independent artists deserve more than hope. They deserve protection. They deserve visibility. They deserve fair terms before their work is copied, trained on, licensed, or monetized by people they never agreed to work with.
The Bobbie the Artist Act is a call to build a credible registry and collective protection system for independent artists, including the right to say no, the right to be compensated, and the right to independent review when agreements affect their work.
