One Mission. Multiple Expressions.
Throughout my career, I’ve had a front-row seat to innovation and transformation. As a team leader in the Protective Service Detachment at the Pentagon and Special Operations command, and now a business executive in healthcare technology and AI-powered automation, I’ve watched organizations invest heavily in technology to achieve better outcomes. What fascinated me was that access to the same tools rarely produced the same results. Some people and organizations adapted and thrived. Others struggled.
The difference wasn’t the technology. It was readiness. And for us in the military, this could be the difference between life and death.
At the same time, my own search for understanding led me into the world of coaching and human potential. Through my work with Genius Catalyst and the mentorship of Michael Neill, I came to see something that changed the way I understood leadership, relationships, performance, and life itself: our experience is created from the inside out, not by circumstances.
That insight didn’t stay in the coaching world. It showed up everywhere.
I could see it in organizations navigating change. I could see it in leaders facing uncertainty. I could see it in conversations about AI, innovation, and the future of work. The more I looked, the more I realized the conversation wasn’t really about technology. It was about the people using it. Human Readiness emerged from that realization.
It’s the idea that access alone doesn’t create outcomes. Readiness turns access into advantage.
Today, my work lives at the intersection of those worlds. I speak with organizations, leaders, and communities about the human side of transformation, helping them understand what it means to thrive in a rapidly changing world shaped by artificial intelligence and accelerating technology.
Whether I’m speaking from a stage, coaching a leader, working alongside innovators, or writing a song, it’s different rooms, different worlds but the same mission...Human Readiness.
“Readiness is the state of being that turns access into advantage.”

What Audiences Feel in the Room
Something changes when people hear their own potential said back to them. It isn't hype. It's the quiet moment someone realizes that calm was never weakness. Calm is access. It's the state that lets you use everything you already have.
I bring people to that moment through stories of service, recovery, and real life. They don't leave with a notebook full of ideas they'll never open again. They leave knowing what steadiness actually feels like from the inside, so they can find it again on their own.
What Makes These Talks Different
Every talk is an invitation. Not to become someone new. To remember what's already true about you. What I share wasn't studied. It was lived. Twenty-one years in uniform. Coming back from worse than most people will ever see. The daily work of moving from a steady place instead of a pressured one.
I create room for people to see it for themselves. And once someone sees it, they can't unsee it. One shift changes how a person meets the next hard thing. One talk can change how a whole team does.
That's the work. That's what walks out of the room with them.
