My Turning Point
Like you, I’ve experienced the challenges of survival mode. For years, I lived in a high alert, disconnected, and trapped in negative cycles. My life felt like a battle of hypervigilance, intrusive thoughts, and numbness, with PTSD dictating my every move. In 2018, a mentor introduced me to an inside-out understanding of life—the Three Principles (3Ps)—that changed everything. I realized my thoughts of being “broken” weren’t true. I wasn’t the problem; the way I was relating to my thoughts was.
This shift allowed me to:
Reclaim my sense of safety and stability.
